Some time we allow our customers to rent a car at the age of 18, But this is only possible for normal cars and not for luxury and supercar.

Is a car rental deposit required?

Can I add an additional driver to my rental?

Adding an additional driver to your rental can be convenient, especially for long trips or when multiple individuals plan to share the driving responsibilities. How do I change or cancel my car rental reservation?

If you need to make changes or cancel your car rental reservation, you can typically do so through our WhatsApp number and there will be no charge at all.

What if my flight is delayed? Can I still pick up my rental car?

Flight delays are a common occurrence, and we are generally aware of this. We at Luxury Cars Rent have procedures in place to accommodate delayed flights. It’s advisable to inform us about your delayed flight, either by calling or through WhatsApp number.

Can I extend the duration of my car rental reservation?

Payment and Deposit Policies

 

Can I pay for the rental of a car for another individual?

In certain situations, you may need to rent a car for someone else, such as a family member or colleague. We allow our customers to pay for the rental of a car on behalf of another individual. However, it’s crucial to provide the necessary documentation and authorization from the person who will be driving the rental vehicle.

Is there a penalty for returning the rental car early?

We offer flexibility in returning the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date without incurring additional charges. It’s advisable to contact our sales team for clarification.

Will there be an additional charge if I am late returning the rental vehicle?

Returning the rental vehicle late may result in additional charges. We have specific policies regarding late returns, including charges for additional hours or days beyond the scheduled return time. By default, we allow 2 to 3 hours extra for free with some of our cars.

Do I need to refuel the rental vehicle before returning it? Can I pre-pay for fuel?

Customers are expected to return the rental vehicle with the same fuel level as when they picked it up. Failure to do so may result in refueling charges, which can be higher than the standard fuel prices. We also offer the option to pre-pay for fuel at the time of rental, allowing customers to return the vehicle with an empty tank.
